Discount Code Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
These Terms govern the 30% off first payments discount (“Discount”) offered by Music Vine Ltd t/a Uppbeat, registered in England & Wales (No. 09234137), with its registered office at Tailor's Corner, 1 Thirsk Row, LS1 4DP ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Discount, you agree to these Terms.
2. Offer Details
Offer: 30% off any subscription plan for the first payment, after the first payment, full price applies if the user does not cancel the subscription. If a user chooses a monthly plan, they'll receive 30% off the first month and if they choose an annual plan, they'll receive 30% off the first year.
Available on monthly or annual plans.
Valid for new and returning customers.
Expires 1st December 2025.
3. Eligibility & Redemption
Available to new or returning customers only (does not apply to current active subscribers).
Users must apply the discount UPPBEAT30 when prompted at the checkout to redeem.
Only one Discount per customer/account; not redeemable for cash or transferable .
4. How It Works
Apply the code UPPBEAT30 at the checkout for 30% off your first payment on any subscription plan.
Discount takes effect immediately; cannot be added retroactively.
5. Subscription & Renewals
Subscription auto-renews each month/year at the full price unless cancelled.
After 12 months, renewals are charged at standard rates.
It's your responsibility to cancel before renewal to avoid full-price charges and you will not be reminded of this in advance.
6. Misuse & Termination
We reserve the right to cancel any Discount if we suspect misuse — e.g., account sharing, multiple accounts, use by bots, bots IPs blocked, or breach of these Terms .
We may modify or end the promotion at any time.
7. Liability & VAT
VAT and applicable taxes are added where required per your billing address.
We exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law any implied guarantees (e.g., satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose).
Our total liability is capped at the value of the Discount you received.
8. Data Protection
We process your data to manage promotional eligibility, monitor redemptions, and prevent fraud.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by English law and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
