Prizes consist of a product delivered by a third-party provider (Amazon) and are subject to the provider’s regional availability, country restrictions, and applicable terms and conditions.
If, after a winner has been selected, we determine that the prize cannot be issued due to geographic restrictions, provider limitations, legal or regulatory constraints, or other factors beyond our reasonable control (including the unavailability of the product in the winner’s country), we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to either:
- offer an alternative prize of a similar value where reasonably possible; or
- withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random.
No cash alternative will be offered. Winners are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or import charges and we reserve the right to exclude destinations subject to export or trade controls.
